THE VITAL ROLE YOU HAVE

As our Lead Carpenter, you play a crucial role in overseeing Remodeling & Renovation projects, managing budgets for profitability, and ensuring top-tier craftsmanship in baths, kitchens, and floor-to-ceiling finishes. From orchestrating project procedures, ordering construction materials, and scheduling trade partners to attending meetings and setting up dust protection measures, you're the linchpin in every step of the process. Your responsibilities extend to financial management and maintaining clear communication with homeowners. Whether it's reviewing change orders, completing checklists, or handling warranty work, your attention to detail ensures that each project not only meets but exceeds our commitment to excellence.

OUR IDEAL LEAD CARPENTER

Are you customer-focused with exceptional verbal and written communication skills? Do you take pride in being organized, punctual, and detail-oriented? If you answered "yes" and meet the requirements below, we need you as our Lead Carpenter

• High school diploma
• 5 years of construction experience
• Experience working with trade partners, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, countertops, drywall, and tile and flooring.
• Experience in all remodeling aspects
• Experience managing others.
• Strong understanding of construction basics
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Having a bachelor's degree or equivalent of 5 years of construction experience is a plus.

WORK SCHEDULE

Your journey unfolds on a full-time Monday through Friday schedule between 8 AM and 5 PM, with weekends as an optional opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship.
