About This Role
The Manager of Field Technology supports the US Commercial Field Teams to deliver a best-in-class user experience with Biogen’s customer relationship management (CRM) tool. They will collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver innovative technology for launch products, as well as lead continuous improvement projects for existing products. They are responsible for delivering cross-functional projects and complex investigational analysis. This role is also accountable for maintaining training content and measuring the satisfaction and utilization of field users with Veeva CRM. This role exists to ensure digital tools are strategically rolled out and used to their fullest extent.

What You Will Do
•    Manage continuous improvement projects related to business and technical process improvements to enhance the usability, adoption, and satisfaction with Veeva CRM.  
•    Lead cross functional projects to assist in the development, deployment, and adoption of new field technology and enablement platforms for the US Commercial field teams
•    Ensure appropriate field technology training is conducted with new employees, identify training gaps with existing technology through in-depth analysis, and ensure support functions are knowledgeable on field technology capabilities
•    Management and oversight of IT resources, particularly the field service desk (FSD) to ensure that issues are being addressed quickly and correctly.
•    Ability to create comprehensive reports while understanding and interpreting the underlying data, ensuring accurate and actionable insights for stakeholders and business operations.
•    Assist with troubleshooting of large technology issues by managing without authority

You can simplify technology for your stakeholders, but you can also dive into technical details.  You have an analytical mind and can help investigate and present details of CRM utilization to uncover potential areas of opportunity. 

Qualifications

Required Skills
•    3-5 years of working experience 
•    Biotech/Pharma or Commercial Operations experience 
•    1-3 years of experience with CRM systems and Excel 
•    Detail oriented with a strong track record of executing on successful projects 
•    Ability to conduct in-depth analysis, but also present high-level results in a simplified manner
•    Bachelor’s degree 

Preferred Skills 
•    Veeva and Salesforce
•    Project Management Skills 
•    MBA
