Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Channel Partnerships Manager to join our team. This role involves developing and nurturing relationships with strategic partners to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying partnership opportunities, negotiating agreements, and managing ongoing partner relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities to expand our reach and influence in the supply chain industry.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with our strategic objectives and financial goals.
  • Manage and deepen relationships with existing partners, ensuring their needs are met while driving increased sales through these channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop co-marketing strategies and ensure seamless integration of partner capabilities with our offerings.
  • Monitor and analyze partner performance, implementing improvements and strategies to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Represent Leverage at industry conferences, workshops, and networking events to promote our brand and forge new partnerships.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and potential partners that could enhance our platform's capabilities and appeal.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • At least 5+ years of experience in channel sales or partnership management, preferably in the technology and supply chain.
    • Proven negotiation skills with an excellent proven track record of closing partnership deals and achieving revenue targets.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
    • Strategic thinker with a solid understanding of the tech market and supply chain dynamics.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
