As we embark on this exciting journey, we're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our energetic and results-driven inside sales team. 

Our mission is to enrich the well-being of our community by alleviating foot, knee, and back discomfort through our premium Good Feet Arch Supports.

We are currently in search of a dynamic Inside Sales Manager to spearhead our Care Team. This role involves overseeing a team of 5-10 inside sales representatives, driving in-store sales by converting inbound leads (e.g., web traffic, customer calls, etc.) into in-person appointments. Through engaging phone interactions, they drive excitement and secure appointments for our pain-relieving solutions, making an impact in people's lives.

As the Inside Sales Manager, you'll have the opportunity to leave a meaningful imprint on individuals by connecting them with personalized orthotic solutions that alleviate their pain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to optimize their performance, productivity, and sales efficacy.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics, including sales volume, conversion rates, and revenue growth, to evaluate team and individual performance.
  • Compile regular sales reports and presentations for senior management, offering insights into sales performance, trends, and projections.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales management, preferably within a call center environment.
  • Strong leadership acumen, capable of motivating and developing a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales objectives and driving revenue growth.

Location:
While it is preferred to have this person willing to work on-site in Milwaukee, WI, we are open to a hybrid or remote arrangement for the right individual. Regardless of location, successful candidates will undergo a paid two to four-week on-site onboarding/training.

Compensation:
Our competitive compensation package comprises a base salary plus commission, offering an OTE range of $75,000 to $100,000+ (commission is uncapped).
