THE POSITION

The Lobby Concierge is the first touchpoint for our customers upon arrival at Staccato. As a critical team member, you will oversee all aspects of the Staccato Lobby, including daily operations, customer service, and growth initiatives.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

All duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Establish & execute key hospitality processes - Build an environment that exceeds visitor expectations and delivers an exceptional experience at all times
• Maintain appearance of lobby, front desk & common areas
• Create & maintain front of house SOP’s
• Complete knowledge of POS System
• Successfully collaborate with all internal departments to deliver best-in-class customer service to site visitors.
• Responsible for in-store activations (warranty, Staccato 368 registrations, communication opt-in)
• Communicate the “voice of the customer” by sharing insights and opportunities to improve services and experience with internal stakeholders.
• Maintain awareness of current product launches and promotions and support company initiatives.
• Drive sales & support team objectives - Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly results and pursue ways to drive more excellent performance.
• Assist customers with onsite services in compliance with federal and state regulations. Responsible for administration of onsite pistol transfers, Warranty & Services drop-off/pickup, and collaboration with Staccato ATF Liaison
• Maintain visual merchandising & retail operating standards.
• Seek ways to improve the customer experience and promote product lines and services in the store.
• Proper execution of financial management controls - Financial/Sales reporting daily
• Manage inventory levels in partnership with the e-commerce team

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in an active environment.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and empathetic demeanor; able to relate to and work with people well inside and outside the Company.
• Excellent written and oral communicator.
• Good understanding of personal computers and Microsoft Office programs (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Salesforce and CRM experience is preferred, as well as experience with data and customer order entry.
• General comfort learning new software systems as necessary to accomplish goals.
• Proven ability to be adaptable and prioritize competing demands to provide the highest customer service and response level.
• Innovative and solution-minded, Customer Obsessed attitude
• Knowledge of firearms is a plus.
