Job Overview

The Guest Services Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring that guests at Three Rivers Casino Resort receive outstanding service during their stay. This position involves assisting guests with their luggage and various needs upon arrival and departure, while collaborating closely with the Front Desk Staff and Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcomes guests and assesses their needs for immediate assistance.
  • Accompanies guests to their accommodations, helps with luggage, and provides an overview of room features, including television operation, safe usage, and telephone instructions.
  • Addresses hotel room concerns, escalating issues to Management as necessary to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Identifies and resolves amenity-related issues, notifying the Front Desk for further assistance from IT or Maintenance when required.
  • Ensures the Hotel Lobby and furniture are clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests.
  • Cheerfully opens doors for guests and assists with vehicle and Casino access.
  • Delivers additional amenities upon request, such as extra towels or bedding.
  • Informs guests about the amenities and services available at TRCR, as well as local attractions.
  • Communicates Players Club benefits and promotional offerings to guests whenever possible.
  • Stays informed about room rates, promotions, availability, and emergency protocols.
  • Notifies management of any special requests or needs from guests.
  • May assist with RV Park services, including shuttle and valet duties.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by management.

Work Environment

Team Members may encounter secondhand tobacco smoke, particularly in casino areas. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate but can increase during busy periods. This role may involve exposure to bloodborne pathogens and requires working in various weather conditions.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours.
  • Frequent lifting, reaching, twisting, bending, and squatting is necessary.
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds with assistance.
