The ideal candidate will be responsible for reconciliations of client accounts, verifying and finding discrepancies between billing and incoming payments, invoicing, A/R collections and miscellaneous projects as assigned. Great communication skills for communication with various departments and customers are required.
Duties
- Process accounts in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables' data
- Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Generate financial reports detailing accounts receivable status
Experience
- 3-5 years of proven experience in accounting or related field
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Mastered Proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with Accounting Software Required.
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills
- Ability to analyze data and resolve issues promptly
