Location:Conyers, GA, with relocation assistance available.


Schedule:Monday-Friday, with occasional after-hours availability required.


Salary:$90,000 to $150,000, with a 15-22.5% target annual bonus.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of management experience in manufacturing, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience managing supervisors is essential.
  • Military veterans with manufacturing experience are highly desirable.
  • Food or beverage experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

  • Initially, the role will be hands-on, transitioning to a more strategic position as the team stabilizes.
