Stonebrook Exterior seeks a dedicated and experienced Site Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects in Denver, Colorado. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and proficiency with modern construction software and tools. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate the work of site personnel, including subcontractors and laborers. Provide guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between site personnel, project managers, and clients. Facilitate clear and effective communication across all parties.
  • Scheduling: Develop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring timely completion of all phases of the project.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with all relevant regulations and codes.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Documentation: Utilize software applications such as Microsoft 320, Procore, and Plangrid to manage project documentation, track progress, and maintain records.
  • Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all site personnel.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and report financial performance to senior management.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-5 years of experience as a foreman or in a similar supervisory role in the construction industry.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or training in construction management are a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 320, Procore, and Plangrid. Ability to use computers, smartphones, and various apps for project management.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
