Role Summary:
We are seeking empathetic Personal Care Assistants to join our team in Nevada and positively influence the lives of our clients. At Comprehensive Home Health Solutions, you'll play a crucial role in promoting independence and overall well-being within the comfort of our clients' homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide companionship and emotional support.
  • Aid clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Prepare and serve meals considering dietary needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping.
  • Deliver personalized care following individual care plans.
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and exercises to promote physical health.
  • Accompany clients to appointments and outings as necessary.
  • Document care provided and communicate any changes in the client's condition.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure holistic client care.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
  • Compassionate and patient with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical capability for lifting, bending, and personal care.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation if needed for client transport.
