Role Summary:
We are seeking empathetic Personal Care Assistants to join our team in Nevada and positively influence the lives of our clients. At Comprehensive Home Health Solutions, you'll play a crucial role in promoting independence and overall well-being within the comfort of our clients' homes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Aid clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare and serve meals considering dietary needs and preferences.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping.
- Deliver personalized care following individual care plans.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and exercises to promote physical health.
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings as necessary.
- Document care provided and communicate any changes in the client's condition.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure holistic client care.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Compassionate and patient with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical capability for lifting, bending, and personal care.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation if needed for client transport.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate your availability.
