Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAs a Principal NLP Analyst, you will lead the development and implementation of natural language processing (NLP) solutions to enhance call deflection strategies. Your expertise in NLP, machine learning, and data analytics will be pivotal in analyzing customer interactions and developing algorithms that drive efficient and accurate intent detection.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of NLP models to improve call deflection.
Analyze large volumes of customer interaction data to extract actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP solutions with existing systems.
Continuously improve NLP models through iterative testing and validation.
Provide technical mentorship to junior NLP analysts.Qualifications:
Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Linguistics, Data Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and deploying NLP models in a production environment.
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or other relevant languages.
