Pay Range $18.00-$20.00/hr.

Responsibilities

Supplier Communication and Order Management:

  • Develop proficiency in following up with suppliers and checking order statuses.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.


Customer Relationship Management:

  • Contact and nurture relationships with current and potential customers.
  • Manage customer inquiries and concerns via phone calls and emails.
  • Assist walk-in customers with placing orders and pickups, providing excellent customer service.


Account Receivable Processing:

  • Process account receivable checks efficiently and accurately.


Website Management and Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with the IT team to maintain and update the company website shopping cart.
  • Incorporate customer feedback and insights into website improvements.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies, including social media and advertising initiatives.


Utilization of Software Tools:

  • Proficiently use Microsoft Excel and Word for data analysis and documentation.
  • Assist in managing the enterprise resource planning software (ERP) for sales quotes and order tracking.
  • Utilize computerized ERP software programs for various tasks.
  • Paid on-the-job training provided.


Sales Support and Product Research:

  • Assist the sales team by researching products based on customer needs.
  • Prepare quotes for the sales team using ERP software.
  • Source price quotations from suppliers to support sales efforts.


Content Improvement and Sample Requests:

  • Enhance product descriptions to improve customer understanding and engagement.
  • Assist in ordering and tracking sample requests for potential customers.

Additional Responsibilities:

Undertake any other duties as assigned by management to support business operations.

This role requires a blend of customer service skills, marketing understanding, and proficiency in utilizing various software tools.   • Skilled in sorting, checking, counting, and verifying numbers with attention to detail.
  • Possess problem-solving skills to ensure accuracy in all tasks.


Experience with Spreadsheets:

  • Proficiency in using spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.


Product Research and Cost Analysis:

  • Capable of researching product availability and sourcing the best costs from suppliers.
  • Ability to analyze data to make informed decisions on purchasing and pricing strategies.


Team Player with Independence:

  • Able to collaborate effectively as a team player while also capable of working independently.


Multi-tasking and Prioritization:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
