Talent Acquisition Professional | Sales Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced Full Desk Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both recruitment, sales, and business development, with the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, build and maintain candidate relationships, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing and Management:
- Utilize various platforms such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Arrange and conduct in-person or virtual interviews.
- Evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and overall suitability for roles.
- Work closely with sales managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
- Develop detailed job descriptions and specifications.
- Maintain regular communication with leadership team to provide updates on the recruitment process.
- Implement strategies to improve retention of newly hired candidates
Recruitment Process Management:
- Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage and streamline the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidates and recruitment activities.
- Coordinate the offer process with candidates, clearly communicating the Company's compensation and commission structure.
- Work with Human Resources to ensure a smooth transition into the onboarding process.
Reporting and Metrics:
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Identify areas for improvement in the recruitment process and work with the recruiting team to implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Compliance and Ethics:
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards throughout the recruitment process.
- Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices and implement strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Qualifications:
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a full desk recruiter or similar role in recruitment and business development.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, social media, and online recruiting techniques.

Work Environment:
- This is a full-time position, based in our office located in Norman, OK.
- Standard office hours are from 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
- You will work in a professional office environment with a dedicated workspace.
