Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Cross-sell and account round to maximize client coverage
  • Process payments and update client information
  • Issue insurance documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
  • Make policy changes as needed
  • Maintain client retention by providing excellent services

Requirements
  • Active Property and Casualty License in Michigan (Licensing Assistance available; we pay 100% for licensing)
  • Experience with an Agency Management System
  • Detail-oriented and tech-savvy
  • Team player with a self-starter attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional phone and office etiquette
