All Things Metal is a structural and miscellaneous steel fabricator and erector located in Phoenix, Arizona, off of Central and Pinnacle Peak. Responsibilities

  • Understand the company’s safety policy, procedures, and practices
  • Develop and execute safety plans
  • Conduct and oversee new hire safety training
  • Conduct and oversee safety inspections (shop and field, internal and external)
  • Facilitate and manage safety trainings
  • Attend safety committee meetings
  • Ensure that teams are conducting weekly safety meetings
  • Monitoring compliance with OSHA and company procedures
  • Receives and maintains safety records
  • Accident and incident report investigation
  • Managing corrective actions
  • OSHA log record keeping
  • Injury management
  • Policy compliance management
  • Assist in other tasks, as appointed by supervisor
