Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Serve as the initial point of contact, responding to client inquiries and providing assistance in a professional and friendly manner.

Bilingual Support: Effectively communicate with clients in both English and Spanish, ensuring that language barriers do not impede their understanding or satisfaction.

Customer Service: Address client concerns promptly, displaying empathy and providing solutions to effectively resolve issues.

Scheduling: Manage appointment scheduling and maintain accurate records of client interactions.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and support a positive work environment.

Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining client records.


Requirements

Language Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele.

Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred, where you have demonstrated strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude when interacting with clients and colleagues.

Organizational Skills: Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Attention to Detail: Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in client interactions and administrative tasks.

Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
