HQ Administrative Assistant

Location: Hybrid, Waldorf, Maryland

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8AM-4:30PM)

Responsibilities: Included by not limited to

  • Tailoring of documents
  • Field inbound communications; Answer phone calls/emails and routing appropriately
  • Schedule meetings
  • Create and disseminate monthly newsletters creation.
  • Company website portal management
  • Assist with marketing.
  • Organize draft documents for CMMI project
  • Coordinate task progress for CMMI project
  • Organize internal resources build and maintain processes to keep digital files organized and easily accessible.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies.
  • Assist with timesheet collection and review.

Requirements & Experience: 

  • 2+ years of experience with corporate writing/administrative support
  • Able to prioritize while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skillset
  • Functional knowledge of Microsoft suite
  • Knowledge of standard office procedures and etiquette
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
  • A college degree is preferred.
  • Must be a self-starter, highly motivated and able to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CMMI
