Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and home management to clients, following the written plan of care.
- Assist with daily living activities (ADLs), including personal care, hygiene, leisure activities, and socialization.
- Support local seniors at home with shopping, light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and companionship.
- Always ensure client safety.
Requirements:
- A compassionate, warm, and accepting attitude toward people.
- Respect for the confidentiality of patients and families.
- Ability to communicate program participants' progress, mental status, and any changes in daily notes.
- Empathy and excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check.
