Early Childhood Mental Health Therapist


Required Degree: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy

License Required: LSW, LPC, or MFT plus experience working with children ages 0-8 and their families

Salary: $50,000 Primary Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide treatment services for children aged 0-8 such as individual/family therapy, group therapy and utilizing play therapy strategies.
  • Deliver individual intervention prevention services using evidence-based strategies to reduce mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders onset or delay, aligned with the Ohio Preschool Expulsion Prevention Partnership.
  • Offer 1-2 days per week of individual/family treatment services.
