Location:  Lake County, Illinois-- USA
Compensation:  $74.00 per hour, Paid Time off, Company 401k contributions, Health, dental, and vision insurance.  Total Annual Compensation including benefits is $ 170,000.00

BSA-- Web & AEM Job Description
This role is responsible for maintaining and implementing new or existing IT technology components for our client’s IT Organization’s Web Team. The Solution Manager will have a strong technology background as they partner with the business and IT Lead(s) to provide expert advice, assistance and leadership with planning, procurement, provision, delivery, management, maintenance, and effective business use of information systems. The Solutions Manager applies relevant principles to support projects and ongoing activities as well as completing tasks which support a project or functional team and partners with vendors to ensure portfolio stability.

BSA-- Web & AEM Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree plus 7 years technical experience, or Master’s degree plus 6 years’ experience
  • Exercises latitude in the approach to problem solving
  • Exceptional communication, leadership skills and strong customer focus
  • Strong experience with Web (HTML, JS, SEO, analytics, etc), Adobe AEM and lateral tools in the Adobe Marketing Suite
  • Strong experience with agile scrum methodology, project management and SDLC
BSA-- Web & AEM Responsibilities
  • Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate Policies and procedures
  • Elicits and communicates the organization’s business strategy
  • Works directly with business unit clients to understand specific business processes and needs and opportunities for improvement
  • Identifies IT capabilities and information required to support the business processes and collaborates in the development of appropriate information management strategies, developing them as an integrated part of the business strategy
  • Identifies current and emerging business needs and evaluates alternative technology solutions
  • Proactively seek out strategic business opportunities with business unit executives for the application of new or existing technology capabilities
  • Manages relationships between clients involved and BTOs to assure effective communication between the groups is occurring
  • Brokers services within the organization’s IT community on behalf of customers; coordinates system solutions
  • Investigates and understands capabilities of existing systems and technologies already in use across the business area and similar and interconnected business areas within the client’s broad reaching organization and investigates available technologies applied to this business area in industry
  • Identifies information required to support the business strategy and leads the development of appropriate information management strategies, developing them as an integrated part of the business strategy
  • Proactively seeks out strategic business opportunities for the application of new or existing technology capabilities (across multiple business areas) with high-level business unit executives providing key opinion-leading clients with comprehensive strategic analyses to help them discover strategic uses of technology products and services
  • Develops, leads, or reviews the creation of information systems strategy to support the strategic requirements of multiple business areas
  • Identifies the business benefits of alternative strategies. Ensures compliance between business strategies and technology directions
  • May prepare testing plans to confirm that requirements and system design are accurate and complete along with conducting training
  • Has defined authority and responsibility for a significant area of work, including technical, financial, and quality aspects. Establishes organizational objectives and delegates assignments. Accountable for actions and decisions by self and subordinates
