Cleared Infrastructure Engineer - Deployment Opportunity

Bestgate Engineering has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Engineer to join our Architecture team. This team is responsible for developing the core infrastructure to support our lab environments and operational software deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in installing and configuring Linux systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Support the automation of deployment and configuration processes using Ansible and other tools.
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and other teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system installations and configurations.
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and processes.
  • Monitor system performance and assist in implementing improvements as needed.
  • Ensure systems comply with security standards and best practices.
  • Enthusiastic to work with new technologies and learn from others.
  • Must be willing to travel.

Required: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field is preferred. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in engineering will be considered.
  • Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI w/Poly
