Compensation:

  • The salary range for this position is $70,900 to $106,400 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

  • Clear & active LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT licensed in Massachusetts.
  • Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
  • Experience working with children or adolescents.
  • Experience with couples or family counseling
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to quickly build rapport with clients.

Family Counseling Associates is a group of Psychologists, Psychotherapists, and Medical Professionals located in Andover, MA, Braintree MA, Burlington MA, Danvers MA; Marlborough, MA; Newburyport, MA; Exeter, NH; and Bedford, NH. We provide psychotherapy, psychological testing, and psychopharmacology services for children, adults, and families.
