We are seeking a certified PTA to work PRN at our Knute Nelson and Grand Arbor rehab sites located in Alexandria, MN. 

Centrex Rehab is a health care organization that focuses on providing comprehensive therapy services to enhance the lives of people in the community. Our focus on clinical development and quality care sets us apart from the rest.

The position and location is eligible for:

  • Competitive base pay rate at $40 per hour

  • Flexible scheduling, holidays not required but extra holiday shifts for double time pay are available

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved School of Therapy

  • Current license/registration in the State of MN
  • Experience working within a SNF environment is a plus
