Job Description: This position is an administrative role providing frontline customer service to our clientele. The right individual will be friendly, efficient, multi-task oriented, and detail-driven. This role requires skill in planning, organizing, and coordinating the completion of independent medical reviews, as well as the coordination of day-to-day office activities. The Intake Specialist is responsible for receiving incoming cases and determining all details for the requested work product. This is a highly team-oriented position that requires a high level of critical thinking, ability to work under pressure, and be deadline-driven.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks efficiently and with a high degree of detail
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate independent medical reviews
  • Receive and manage incoming cases, ensuring all details are accurately captured
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Tech-savvy, capable of managing multiple windows simultaneously
  • Ability to manage a busy workflow efficiently
  • High school diploma or GED
