Your day as a CNA

As a new CNA (Days) at Butterfield Trail Village, you can expect to start your day with a morning shift from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting residents with activities of daily living, monitoring their health and well-being, and providing emotional support. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care for our residents.

Additionally, you will help with documenting patient interactions and reporting any changes in condition to the nursing staff. Your compassion, attention to detail, and teamwork will be essential in providing quality care to our residents.

Are you the CNA we're looking for?

To excel as a CNA at Butterfield Trail Village, you must possess a Certified Nursing Assistant certification. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively interact with residents and colleagues. Attention to detail is crucial when documenting patient information and observing changes in their condition. Empathy and compassion will help you build meaningful relationships with residents and provide the necessary emotional support.

Adaptability and the ability to work well in a team are also important for coordinating care and ensuring the best outcomes for residents. Proficiency in utilizing healthcare software and tools specific to the role will aid in maintaining accurate records and delivering efficient care.
