Job Summary

The EHS administrative assistant is in charge of data entry, maintaining computer and manual filing systems, and responding to EHS inquiries in a timely manner. The individual in this role will generate reports as needed and will order office and other supplies.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for accurate daily entry of several EHS reports and logs.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
  • Maintain accurate EHS records as required.
  • Generate reports as requested by EHS manager.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Input all information collected during audits including formatting pictures.
  • Other projects and assignments as requested by the management team.
  • Order office and other supplies as needed.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Microsoft office (excel, word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong verbal and written communication (English).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Detail oriented with good analytical skills.
  • Punctual and able to administer time to accomplish tasks.
  • Able to complete tasks with minimal supervision

  • Must have a good safety record and be able to promote a healthy and safe work environment.
  • Must have a strong commitment to the management objectives and ability to interact well with others.

Physical Demands
