Are you looking to be a key member of a small team with big mission impact? NS2 Mission is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed professional to fill the role of Targeter. This position will be joining our team based in the Tysons, VA area. This position will focus on data-driven, strategic research to inform and impact intelligence priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply advanced knowledge and expertise of operations, operational tradecraft, and intelligence priorities when providing strategic guidance and operational case management.
  • Perform all-source intelligence research and analysis to document intelligence gaps and justifications for operations.
  • Work directly with stakeholders to understand and document intelligence priorities and opportunities.
  • Execute formal communications and approval milestones according to customer protocols.

Expected Travel: Up to 10%


Required Qualifications:

  • 12 or more years of relevant experience, including some time spent in the foreign field.
  • Prior experience in supporting intelligence operations and understanding of research and analysis methodologies in support of the intelligence life cycle.
  • Ability to deal effectively, comfortably, and confidently with people at all levels of responsibility, authority, and rank.
  • Exceptional character traits in organization, proactiveness, judgment, and punctuality.
  • Demonstrated strength in written communication, especially writing cables and target packages.
  • Experience with classified data repositories and tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior HUMINT or technical targeting experience


Position Clearance Requirement:

TS/SCI with FSP
