Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDispenser - 2nd Shift (2pm - 10:30pm)Our client, the world's leading source of natural, sustainable, and organic ingredients and is one of the oldest fragrance and flavor companies in the world, has an opportunity available for a 2nd shift Dispenser.SUMMARY:A dispenser packs out approved material to either go to shipping for an order or into stock for use at a later date.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • To pack out approved materials.
  • Must use the order number and batch number to ensure he is packing to right product.
  • Print labels for each job and apply smooth and evenly on the drum or pail that is being filled.
  • Check for special packing instructions before each job to ensure it is packed in the proper container.
  • Understand and execute all necessary requirements for ISO 9001
  • Remain accountable for all defined responsibilities as defined by ISO 9001 process flows
COMPETENCIES:
  • The ability to drive a forklift.
  • Needs to be able to know the difference between pounds and kilos.
  • Prior experience with Batch Metrics and Oracle a plus but not mandatory.
