Position Summary:

Our rapidly expanding team is hiring for our Mt. Clemens facility. Without our Machine Operators our customers would not be getting the high-quality products they love.

Responsibilities:

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

· Perform tasks in accordance with company policies/procedures and other job duties as assigned.

· Loading materials onto router.

· Understanding of batching and optimizing production.

· Communication with Leads on priority and urgency of order completion.

Schedule:

· 10-hour shift

· 2nd Shift

· Monday to Friday

· Saturday availability (based on needs of service)

Education:

· High School Diploma or Equivalent

Requirements:

Qualifications

· Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently.

· Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day.

· Must be able to read a tape measure down to the 16ths.

· Prior manufacturing/production experience

· Hi-Lo Experience / trained Hi-Lo Operator

· MUST have prior CNC experience


Bonus if you have…

· Experience using ERP manufacturing software, such as Global Shop Solutions, SAP or Door Program.

· Prior experience in a manufacturing/shop setting.

· Millwork experience
