As a roofing foreman, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily roofing operations and crew performance.
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Follow safety protocols on all job sites.
  • Planning out labor goals and hitting labor budgets.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation.

To be successful, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial roofing.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate crews.
  • Strong understanding of roofing systems and materials.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Commitment to safety and a focus on accident prevention.

Salary ranges from $32-40 per hour plus potential bonuses.

After short waiting periods - you will become eligible for the following benefits. Waiting periods will be determined by the date of hire and employment regulations, many start at 90 days.
