Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Roofing Foreman to join our team at Four Seasons Kanga Roof. As a Roofing Foreman, you will be responsible for leading a team of roofers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and beat daily production goals.
  • Coach and motivate team members to achieve daily goals.
  • Ensure team safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial roofing.
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills.
  • Strong understanding of TPO and EPDM roofing systems and materials.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
