Our District Fitness Manager runs the play We are looking for someone who can combine bringing their experience and learning our play into helping us execute Personal Training departments that are SO GOOD that all clients achieve results and tell their friends they should sign up. Our District Fitness Manager leads and develops multiple teams of Personal Trainers who provide customized fitness programs to our members while educating and guiding them on proper nutrition, cardiovascular exercise, resistance training and attaining a healthier lifestyle.

- Conducts Fitness Assessments according to Company protocol

- Current CPR/AED Certification and basic First Aid knowledge
- Current Nationally Recognized Personal Trainer Certification and/or 4-year Related Degree (e.g. Exercise Science, Sports Medicine, Physical Education, Nutrition, etc.)
- Previous personal training management experience
- Ideal candidate has multi-unit management experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Have collaborative team building and performance management capabilities
- Physical effort required for daily duties include lifting heavy weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting & prolonged standing and walking
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
