We pride ourselves in team development as it matches our purpose as an organization to continually create career opportunities.Position Summary:Spark Talent is currently looking for repair welders on the 2nd shift, to apply assembly process knowledge while using expertise to solve problems and eliminate scrap, rework and downtime while effectively repairing defective parts.Position Responsibilities:
  • Ensure equipment functions efficiently and all procedures work correctly
  • Repair or rework welds on various size parts on the production line
  • Operate welding machines as needed
  • Complete visual checks to ensure all parts meet expectations
  • Perform additional tasks as deemed necessary and appropriate

Minimum Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience of welding
  • Ability to read and understand standardized work instructions and inspection sheets
  • Basic industrial math skills
  • Desire to work in a team-based, lean-manufacturing environment
