What You'll Do:
Data Reporting & Analysis
- Generate regular reports and dashboards on sales performance, forecasts, and other key metrics to stakeholders using Excel.
- Suggest and implement improvements to data collection, reporting, technology systems and sales operation processes.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform sales strategies and decision-making.
- Ensure the timeliness, accuracy and integrity of sales data, identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement. Provide insight and recommendations to Sales Operations Manager.
- Assist in the management and optimization of sales tools and CRM systems, ensuring they are used effectively by the sales team.
- Establish ongoing report training procedures for internal teams.
Sales Forecasting:
- Assist Sales Operations Manager in developing accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market analysis, and sales trends.
Support Sales Strategies:
Provide analytical support for sales strategies and campaigns, helping to optimize their effectiveness.
- Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data
- Continually seek and research new sources of prospective customer/market data, and provide recommendations to leadership
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Statistics or related field, or equivalent experience
- Prior experience as a Sales Analyst or similar analytical role preferred
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI or similar tools)
- Experience with CRM systems preferred
- Good communication and presentation skills, ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manipulate data in a fast-paced environment to gather quick insights, visualize the data and generate interactive reports and dashboards for the team.
- Familiarity with market research and competitive analysis.

- This role operates in a professional office environment where the noise level is moderate.
