WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Community Manager to join our team at an affordable community in the Santa Rosa, CA area. This position is Full-Time | Hourly | Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 am | Full Benefits and Bonus Program eligible.

Must have tax credit experience and Spanish speaking is preferred.

Pay Range: $36.00 - $38.00 / Hour

WHY YOU ARE THE PERFECT FIT:

  • You have experience with affordable and lease-up properties
  • You bring a minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing an apartment community
  • You have a good working knowledge and can execute professional-level leadership and customer service skills
  • You have prior knowledge and or experience in interior and exterior renovation
  • You can create and maintain financials, budgets, and reporting
  • You possess good communication skills both, verbal and written
  • You have a passion for helping others
  • You have a strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • You ideally have experience in Yardi and/or MRI
  • You possess a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
