The Sundek Sales Division is currently looking for an Outbound Customer & Sales Support Coordinator to join our team.

Since 1970, Sundek has been the go-to contractor for installing decorative concrete coatings throughout the United States and overseas. SUNDEK's quality concrete overlay systems & high-end service are sought-after by homeowners, multi-family companies, Fortune 500 hospitality companies, and general contractors.

The ideal candidate must be:

  • Detail-oriented, organized & able to work both independently & within a team.
  • Curious, empathetic, engaging, positive, coachable, and fun
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, a positive attitude & authentic reliability.
  • Aptitude for learning, problem-solving & an eagerness to guide our customers (and team) towards solutions.
  • Intuitive and proactive, able to identify the customers' needs and resolve them.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks/projects/manage time & be adaptable to customers and our team.
  • Must be comfortable in an inbound / outbound contact environment.

Job responsibilities:

  • Ability to learn & understand our decorative concrete products and systems offered, estimates, scopes of work and relay that understanding to another party.
  • Maintain and update digital records in Salesforce after every customer contact.
  • Provide clarity in feedback and next steps to customers and sales team. Create personal reminders for such tasks with accurate data entry.
  • Achieve successful results through the ability to connect with people and build relationships while following up with potential and existing customers on behalf of the sales teams across the country.
  • Provide white-glove support to the COO. Maintaining various documents, managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner, creating presentations and white papers, etc. (about 10% of your time).

Minimum qualifications/requirements:

  • HS diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior inbound and outbound customer service experience is required. High level of performance of outbound contact (calls/emails/texts) responding to web inquiries / leads to set appointments, quality assurance and follow up on existing customers & potential customers.
  • Exceptional listening, written & verbal communication skills.
  • General email etiquette, and technological knowledge.
  • Salesforce experience, or other CRM.
  • Some sales skills preferred, not required.
  • MS Office Suite experience (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long durations, use of computer equipment, and able to walk up and down stairs in office. In person office role only, not eligible for remote or hybrid.
