Position Description

As Zoic Labs’ Technical Advisor (or selected title) you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of developers, designers, and engineers to ensure efficient collaboration and productivity on an enterprise-level website. You will be providing technical recommendations, defining a development implementation pipeline, and defining roles required to execute.

This is a project-based position with a duration of 3-6 months with the potential for extending.

Location: Remote

Required Skillset & Responsibilities:

  • Proficiency in data modeling for backend services, including detailed architecture mapping and understanding of data flow through API hooks.
  • Ability to connect stove-piped solutions into a cohesive frontend system.
  • Experience reconciling disparate tech stacks and transferring data between them.
  • Capability to integrate specific components and features from various existing technologies and platforms into a unified solution.
  • Provide ongoing support to integrate UX/UI design elements into existing workflows.
  • Team leadership experience and project management skills.
  • Eye for quality assurance, ensuring the quality and reliability of website products through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and align integration efforts with business objectives and user needs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a technical advisor or consultant on enterprise-level website integration projects.
  • Expertise in frontend and backend development, with proficiency in Java 11 and 21.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
