Licensed Clinical Therapist - LICSW, LCMHC or LMFT

Family Counseling Associates realizes that our exceptional staff strengthens our practice. We support our clinicians in building a culture of values of innovation, professionalism, and healthy work/life balance. We are currently seeking a licensed clinical therapist for our Braintree, Massachusetts location.

Full-time clinicians can use telehealth 1-2 days a week. Additional days on-site are required. Must commit to two evenings per week.

Compensation:

  • The salary range for this position is $70,908 to $106,362 per year. The role is also eligible to receive bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure/certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements:

  • Clear & active LICSW, LCMHC, or LMFT licensed in Massachusetts.
  • Comfortable working with a wide range of clinical presentations
  • Experience working with children or adolescents.
  • Experience with couples or family counseling
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to quickly build rapport with clients.
