Responsibilities
Customer Assistance: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions.

Requirements
Licensing: Active CT Property and Casualty License
Experience: Prior experience in Insurance & customer service, preferably with Allstate
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with customers and team members.
Customer-Centric: A genuine passion for helping customers and exceeding their expectations.
Adaptability: Ability to excel in a hybrid remote work setting, balancing autonomy with collaboration.
