Founded in Henderson, Nevada, in 1999 with a College of Pharmacy, RUHS has experienced phenomenal growth and has expanded to include a College of Nursing (2006), a College of Dental Medicine (2007), and a College of Medicine (in development). What We Are Looking For
Coordinate the activities of the skills laboratory including working with students in skills practice, demonstration, simulation, and remediation; maintaining an inventory of supplies, equipment, and learning resources; ensuring compliance with OSHA standards of safety rules and regulations.
- Master’s degree in nursing from a nationally recognized, accredited institution.
- BLS certified or ability to become instructor certified.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in clinical nursing practice in an acute care setting.
- Recent classroom and clinical teaching experience in a postsecondary nursing program (past five years) preferred.
- Experience with simulation in a simulation laboratory preferred.
