As a Personal Trainer at Texas Family Fitness, you will partner with clients to design and implement comprehensive health and fitness programs tailored to their individual goals. Your responsibilities will include conducting fitness assessments, ensuring client safety through proper equipment use and technique, and providing personalized training sessions. Additionally, you will develop referral networks, promote and sell personal training services, and work towards achieving monthly revenue and session targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Motivation and Support:


  • Inspire and encourage clients to achieve their health and fitness goals.
  • Educate clients on improving endurance, strength, flexibility, and overall body composition.
  • Provide positive reinforcement and continuous support to ensure clients reach their desired results.
Revenue Generation:


  • Drive personal training revenue by effectively managing client follow-ups, scheduling appointments, and retaining current clientele.
  • Engage in community outreach, promotional marketing, and client base development to meet and exceed monthly sales goals.
Customer Service Excellence:


  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction by delivering superior, customized personal training programs that meet individualized goals.
  • Consistently exceed client expectations by providing a fun, enthusiastic, educational, and supportive training experience.
Qualifications:

Passion and Expertise:


  • A deep passion for health and fitness, with extensive knowledge in the field.
  • Nutrition knowledge is a plus.
Education and Certification:


  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree in a fitness-related field preferred.
  • Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification immediately upon hire.
  • National Certification strongly desired or willingness to obtain certification immediately upon hire.
Experience:


  • 1-2 years of prior experience in personal training or coaching preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, fitness, retail, customer service, or hospitality management.
Skills:


  • Proficiency in computer programs, including spreadsheets, word processing, internet usage, and email.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Personable, enthusiastic, optimistic, and outgoing personality.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Flexibility and Professionalism:


  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and professionalism.
