Our fast growing team has lots of leads We need sales agents to help us handle those leads. We provide a comprehensive training program as well as excellent marketing tools and administrative support. If you are interested in making more money, having a flexible schedule, and working in a fun, inviting atmosphere, then you should apply today

Compensation:

$100,000 at plan yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
  • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
  • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
  • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities

Example Ideal Agent Daily Schedule For Success

  • 8:00 am Check/Respond to Emails
  • 8:30 am Team Huddle on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
  • 9:00 am-11:00 am Prospect for new lead opportunities
  • 11:00 am-12:00 pm Update the Database with Lead Information / Send follow-ups
  • 12:00 pm-1:00 pm Lunch
  • 1:00 pm-5:00 pm Buyer Showings, Buyer Consultations, Listing Appointments, Inspections, etc
  • If you do not have appointments from 1 pm-5 pm, ideally you would continue prospecting for lead opportunities with the intention of setting appointments
  • Weekends would be saved for showings, appts, and holding open houses in order to meet prospective buyers who are not currently working with an agent
  • Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market
  • Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
  • Help buyers find their ideal home and negotiate a successful property purchase through consistent follow-through, clear communication, and exceptional customer service
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
Qualifications:
  • A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
  • Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
  • Tech savvy
