Our client is looking for a Solutions Engineer, to join their team. This is a promising startup that's raised over $16M in funding to help modernize machine learning and artificial intelligence in healthcare.

This team is part of the product team helping identify new customer problems and working with non-technical stakeholder to find business solutions that can be solved as a platform via an automation service.

What are the core responsibilities?

  • Support and lead internal stakeholders; program managers and automation engineers. This include working with product and platform engineering teams to understand current and future design to allow their products to scale for both design and delivery.
  • Helping optimize the solution architecture for design, delivery, and developing the necessary playbooks to be successful.
  • Assessing the systems architecture that is currently in place and working with customers' technical staff to recommend solutions and how to improve them.
  • Architecting, implementing, and supporting automations to meet our client's customers' needs.

What are the minimum requirements?

  • 3+ years in technical engineering and architecture.
  • Experience with design, delivery, and operational excellence with custom technical solutions.
  • Experience in an internal enterprise or external customer-facing environments.
  • Experience with Python and IaaS/PaaS as it relates to machine learning and artificial intelligence.
