Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor financial governance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular financial audits and assessments to identify risks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audit processes and address findings.
  • Analyze financial reports and statements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with financial governance standards.
  • Provide guidance and training to finance teams on governance-related issues and changes in regulations.
  • Monitor and assess financial controls, ensuring they are effective and operational.
  • Develop and maintain financial risk management strategies to protect the organization from potential financial losses.

Qualifications:
