Who are we? An Introduction

The Developmental Disabilities Resource Center (DDRC) is a nonprofit organization that provides support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. These disabilities may include conditions such as autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, and intellectual disabilities.

DDRC typically offers a range of programs and services aimed at enhancing the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities. These may include residential programs, vocational training, therapeutic services, respite care, community integration initiatives, and advocacy efforts.

Our services vary throughout the organization. However, the overarching goal is to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to lead fulfilling lives and participate fully in their communities.

Your day to day as aN Early Intervention Administrative Assistant

Embark on a fulfilling adventure as a Full Time Early Intervention Administrative Assistant at our Lakewood, CO office. You'll be the magic behind the scenes, providing essential support to the Early Intervention Team with daily office duties, exciting projects, and coordinating with our dynamic Dynamo data system. From ensuring smooth document uploads to creating interactive training materials, your problem-solving skills will shine through as you juggle multiple tasks with impeccable organization and integrity. With opportunities for community outreach, inclusive parent group coordination, and creating engaging newsletters, every day will bring new experiences and challenges to help you grow both personally and professionally.

Would you be a great Early Intervention Administrative Assistant?

To thrive as a Full Time Early Intervention Administrative Assistant at our Lakewood, CO office, you'll need a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in handling Microsoft Office applications, database systems, and office management tasks. Proficiency in these software tools is key to ensuring smooth operations and effective support for the Early Intervention Team. Strong organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment will set you up for success in this role.
