The Salon Manager is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving exceptional client experiences, optimizing salon operations, and fostering a positive and productive team culture. This position requires a strong blend of business acumen, leadership, and customer service expertise. The ideal candidate is passionate about the beauty industry and possesses a proven track record of success in salon management.
We are particularly interested in experienced Senior Stylists who may be interested in a hybrid Manager/Stylist position.

The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting, Threading, and more. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guest's natural lashes.
OVERVIEW
The Salon Manager is a pivotal role responsible for driving salon success through exceptional leadership, operational excellence, and client satisfaction. This position requires a strong business acumen, coupled with a deep passion for the beauty industry. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
We are particularly interested in experienced Senior Stylists who may be interested in a hybrid Manager/Stylist position.
Responsibilities
- Leadership and Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing salon team. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment.
- Financial Performance: Oversee salon financials, including sales, inventory, and expenses. Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
- Client Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction. Manage appointment scheduling and client relations.
- Operational Excellence: Optimize salon operations through efficient scheduling, inventory management, and adherence to company standards.
- Sales and Marketing: Drive retail sales and promote salon services. Collaborate on marketing initiatives to attract and retain memberships.
- Proven experience in salon management or a senior stylist role with leadership potential.
- 4+ years directly managing a team of 5 or more
- 3+ years or more in Front Desk Sales role, preferably in Salon/Spa or Membership focused businesses
- College Degree in Business or other relatable field experienced is preferred
- Strong business acumen and financial management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- MindBody Online Software experience is a plus
