Role : Sr. Administrator Enterprise Systems (Saviynt\IAM)

Work Location: Miramar, FL \ Dallas, TX

Onsite Requirements: ETP - Activity Based \ On site is required at minimum 1 day a week.

Skill Set required: 3-6 years of experience in practice of customization, configuration and deployment of any Identity Management and Governance products such as Saviynt

Length of Contract: Contract to Hire

Experience with Saviynt, at least 3 years of hands on experience

IG tool - communicates with other platforms/systems - automate user provisions
Creating connectors to other system and creating roles/modifying access for various platforms that are connected to the system

Overview
The Administrator is responsible for the end-to-end management and support of equipment/software by
ensuring the environment(s) are patched, right sized and available for the business. The Administrator will
partner with peer administrative teams to maintain standards, gold images, environment documentation and
configuration management. Also, responsible for proactively monitoring of system capacity, utilization, and
performance to avoid negative business impact. The Administrator provides support for the environments
they support.
Duties and Responsibilities
3+ years experience
Stay current on supported technologies through various training opportunities
Identify opportunities to enhance processes, procedures and policies relating to administrative function
Participate in on call rotation
Provide accurate and timely updates to work
Improve the service offered to our business partners
Proactively work on continuous improvement by identifying cost reductions and productivity
improvements

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's or technical degree in related field or equivalent experience
3+ years' experience in Infrastructure administration as it relates to the hardware and software
components that align to technologies supported at Southern Glazers
Excellent verbal / written communication skills
Expertise to analyze and solve problems, think outside of the box, and grasp technical concepts
Strong ability to combine information or data to find relationships among seemingly unrelated events
Self-starter / motivated
Delivers results
Changed agent
Strong attention to detail
Ability to diagnose when a system or environment has a problem, issue or fault and resolve
Ability to create, read, analyze, and interpret technical diagrams and written procedures
Strong team player who can work across multiple functions
Familiarity with ITIL concepts


Preferred Qualifications:


Possess industry certification(s)
ITIL Foundation certified
