QA Compliance Specialist

- Support and administrate regulatory compliance activities related to the Internal Audit Program and inspections from Regulatory Agencies including FDA and other third parties.
- Certify groups and corporate auditors.
- Facilitate and execute the internal/external inspection process.
- Track and trend compliance activities on a periodic basis.
- Perform checks and verifications of improvements and commitments resulting from inspection activities.
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in a technical discipline such as mathematics, engineering, chemistry, or life sciences.
- Alternatively, equivalent experience and sufficient exposure to pharmaceutical or medical device related industries along with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- CQA/ISO/GMP audit conducting experience or Auditor Certification is a plus.
- Proficient organizational and computer skills.
- Understanding of a variety of quality/operational systems supporting facility, production, distribution, or product servicing.
- Familiarity with the principles of quality system management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and results-driven attitude.
- Innovative and resourceful problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a teamwork environment.
- Strong critical thinking and multi-tasking abilities.
