Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSMS Staffing Inc is Hiring Immediately for a skilled QA Compliance Specialist Job Title: QA Compliance SpecialistJob Location: Temecula, CA, U.S.A. 92591Job Type: Contract (possible extension or convert to hire)Pay: Starts at $39.00 an hourShift Structure: ONSITE, 7:00AM/8:00AM - 4:00PM/5:00PM, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per weekThe role of the QA Compliance Specialist:
  • Support and administrate regulatory compliance activities related to the Internal Audit Program and inspections from Regulatory Agencies including FDA and other third parties.
  • Certify groups and corporate auditors.
  • Facilitate and execute the internal/external inspection process.
  • Track and trend compliance activities on a periodic basis.
  • Perform checks and verifications of improvements and commitments resulting from inspection activities.
About the QA Compliance Specialist: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in a technical discipline such as mathematics, engineering, chemistry, or life sciences.
  • Alternatively, equivalent experience and sufficient exposure to pharmaceutical or medical device related industries along with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • CQA/ISO/GMP audit conducting experience or Auditor Certification is a plus.
  • Proficient organizational and computer skills.
  • Understanding of a variety of quality/operational systems supporting facility, production, distribution, or product servicing.
  • Familiarity with the principles of quality system management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and results-driven attitude.
  • Innovative and resourceful problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a teamwork environment.
  • Strong critical thinking and multi-tasking abilities.
