Our company values are just as crucial as the work we do. By fostering an atmosphere of respect, fun, and kindness we know our agents will do their best for one another and our customers. As this is an onsite position only, we are not accepting remote applications at this time. We are currently looking to fill 7 positions.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward school administration, staff, parents, and students

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat

  • Assist with the placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges

  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

  • Accurately document customer issues, inquiries, and resolutions in the company system

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills including active listening

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment

  • Proficient knowledge of Google Suite and the ability to learn specialized software programs

  • Ability to work as a team member, provide input, and follow directions

  • Complete tasks while demonstrating a thorough concern for all areas involved

  • Willingness to go the extra mile for our customers

  • Ability to maintain a sense of humor and grace in all situations

  • 1+ years of customer service & 1+ years of call center experience preferred

Bonus Experience:

· Salesforce case management experience

· Bilingual Spanish/English
